Patrick Hauser, founder of Pro J (project management) Geneva, answered to the question in French: “What percentage of your ideas do you actually carry out ?”.
He says, he helps ideators to prepare, to organize, and to carry out the chosen ideas. He structures the implementation process. This enhances the chances that the chosen idea gets implemented, and not another one. He says, project management helps implementation to arrive at its destination.
