Marie-Claire Fagioli of ICE – Fagioli & Partenaires in Lausanne answered to the question in French: “What percentage of ideas are actually carried out in your company?”.
She would like to answer: “Every idea!” But there is not enough time. And there is something else, too. Every idea is followed by a better idea. One idea chases the foregoing and so she jumps from one idea to another. She would need 25 persons to carry out all the ideas she likes but at the same time she prefers to remain independent. She says that this is very contradictory.
