David Atienza Alonso, Professor and Director of ESL (Embedded Systems Laboratory) at EPFL, Lausanne answered to the question in English: “What percentage of ideas are actually carried out in your institution?”.
He says, it’s about 33% of the ideas he keeps in his mind that he actually manages to develop something.
