Several conditions are necessary: you need a personal contact with the client, people to share ideas, who are enthusiastic and who want to change something. But nonetheless, it depends completely on his conviction, on his “internal fire”, that the idea is creative, that the idea will help make a step forward, that the idea will simplify something for the client. Then and only then the chances to implement an idea are 100%. Marc Jenni, Key Account Manager Healthcare, Swisscom IT Services in Bern answered to the question in Swiss German: “What percentage of ideas are actually carried out in your company?”.
