Renaud Richardet, CEO at Braindrop, Lausanne, answered to the question in English: “What percentage of ideas are actually carried out in your company?”.
He carries out one good, big idea every five years, he says, and three decent, small ideas a year. A good idea is an idea that changes something.
It’s like a funnel. You feel like having a good idea every day. He tests if his ideas survive an hour. Some of them survive a day. But most of the ideas do not survive a week. That’s okay. That’s fun, Renaud Richardet says.
Interview made during the conference of lift10 in Geneva, Mai 2010.
